In order to become a member, you have to complete our registration form and upload 1 piece of government-issued ID. The information you provide us must match your ID. You must be at least 19 years of age (18 in Alberta) and a Canadian resident to be a member.

Account approval is manual and can take up to 24 hours. Once your account is approved by us, we will send you a login and password then you’ll be ready to shop.

We need your ID to confirm your name and that you are of legal age. We must keep cannabis products out of the hands of minors. Your ID will be stored on our secure server and it will never be shared, sold or given to anyone, ever. We understand that you might have some hesitations so you are welcomed to black out the license number, barcodes, and photo. Just leave the name, address and birthdate so we can confirm you. 

The only form of payment that we accept is Interac e-transfer. Payment instructions will be sent by email after you have ordered. Once your payment is accepted, we will prepare your shipment and have it sent within the promised time stated on your order confirmation.

We do not accept credit cards or PayPal due to their strict regulations.

It can take a few hours for us to receive the e-transfer (longer on weekends since we are closed). If you haven’t received a notification from your bank then your e-transfer has not been accepted by us yet. Please wait at least 24 hours before inquiring as to the status of your e-transfer. Your order will be on-hold until we process your payment.

Once your payment is processed, we will notify you.

Orders are shipped on weekdays. We ship exclusively with Canada Post Xpresspost. Your order will arrive in an unmarked envelope in an airtight, smell-proof vacuum sealed bag. Canada Post is the ONLY truly safe means of shipping your package as the mail is federally protected from anyone tampering with it in any way in the same way that it would be illegal for anyone to open your mail.

We will confirm the shipment of your order via email and include the tracking number.

Expedited shipping is free for orders over $150.

Once the shipment leaves our warehouse, it is completely out of our hands. That said, we are more than happy to assist you.

In our experience, there are a few possible reasons for this issue, among them:

• Postal workers often scan all of their packages as “successfully delivered” in the morning, then spends the day and/or the next day delivering it.
• Canada Post’s online tracking system can be inaccurate, the exact delivery date and time can be a day or two off.
• Postal worker accidentally put it in the wrong mailbox.
• There can be internal issues within Canada Post that may cause delays caused that are outside of our control.
• If you don’t get the package 2 days after the expected delivery date, contact us and we’ll get the shipping courier to put a trace on your package. They will file an investigation which can take up to 7 business days to complete. If they can locate the package, they’ll mail the package to you within a couple of days. 

The first step we will need to take is to contact Canada Post to ask them to do an investigation. They will provide us with a ticket number. Once the investigation is opened, they will usually take 7 days to complete their investigation.

Please understand that when packages are lost in the mail system, it is not our fault. Stuff happens that is completely out of our control. We have to go through the process set out by Canada Post to try and find the package first. As soon as it is deemed lost by Canada Post, we will send you a free replacement package 1 time up to $150.

The vape pen consists of 3 parts. The cartridge with the porous ceramic atomizer, a battery, and a USB charger.

The cartridge is where the THC vape juice is stored and vaped. The cartridge itself has a steel tip, quartz glass body, and a porous ceramic atomizer.

The battery is an adjustable voltage, 290 mAh rechargeable lithium-ion battery. It comes with a child safety lock.

The battery is recharged using the supplied USB charger. You can use a cell phone power block or a USB port on a computer to recharge your battery.

Although this is rare, sometimes it does happen as with any type of technology. The most common problems is the battery is not charged. For the CCELL buttonless battery, you will know when it’s fully charged when the LED indicators blink 20 times then shuts off.

If you feel you have received a defective product from us, please contact our customer service immediately at info@thefoggyforest.net. You must provide proof by either sending us photos or videos of the issue. If required, we may ask you to send it back to us via mail at a cost of no more than $2.00 for an “oversized Canada Post stamp”. We will reimburse you the cost of the stamp in a form of a store credit at a maximum cost of $2.00. If the product is deemed defective we will replace it at no cost to you.

There are a few reasons:

Price – We offer 1.0 ml cartridges for our liquid shatter which is larger than 90% of our competition for the same price. But does that mean there’s actually more THC?

Potency – Yes, we do have more THC in our vapes than others. The other companies list their products as having 0.5ml of liquid. That’s great, but how much THC is actually in there? How come they never say it? We’re certain isn’t as much as ours. Our 0.9 ml liquid shatter cartridges have at least 350mg of THC in it. Our distillate vapes are loaded with over 95% cannabinoids. About 91% of that is THC.
